About Venue Chisca
Wedding and Special Event Venue
Venue Chisca is an event venue in Peoria, Illinois. It is listed at 1009 SW Washington St, Peoria, IL 61602, which places it among the local businesses of Peoria that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Peoria, the most popular wedding months book up a year or more in advance, so secure the venue first and then the florist, photographer and caterer. Across Illinois, venues may limit open flames, fresh petals on the aisle or outside vendors, so ask for the venue's rules before you plan the flowers. Get every quote in writing with the delivery, setup and teardown times spelled out. Check the listing for hours, the services each business offers and its Google rating.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (309) 691-5330. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, venue-chisca.com.

As a photographer with Complete Weddings + Events, Venue Chisca in Peoria is truly a dream to work at! The property is rich with historical charm that adds such a timeless, elegant feel to every shot. From the classic architecture to the beautifully preserved details throughout, the character of this venue speaks for itself and makes for truly breathtaking photos. The property is full of charming little nooks and backdrops that make it easy to stay on-site all day while still delivering a wide variety of unique, stunning shots. Venue Chisca was the perfect place for my husband and me to have our winter wedding. After meeting with Michelle to pick out rentals and bring my vision to life, the Memphis Room was a dream, and the day was stress-free. Kenzi did such a beautiful job setting up the room. Thank you so very much for making the day so special!

Love this venue! They have a beautiful outdoor area for wedding ceremonies and both rooms are perfect for a glamorous, yet rustic warehouse vibe reception! We LOVE doing lighting here for our clients! As the sun sets, the up-lighting against the exposed brick really warms up the room! We always look forward to doing events at Venue Chisca!

The place was gorgeous!! We had our wedding reception in the Ballroom with roughly 250 people. There was easily room enough for another 100. Decor was stunning - which was due to the in-depth meetings for setting, decor, dance floor area, and other details so as to make sure my ideas were accomplished to the best of their ability. As they did! Staff were also amazing. Would highly recommend.

Working with Michelle was great & made the process stress free & SO fun!! She has a great eye for beautiful decor & helped bring my vision to life! Communication skills were great & answered all of mine & my families questions/concerns! The bridal suite was beautiful & perfect for my bridesmaids. The florals were stunning & helped create a beautiful aisle. The patio was so great to have & so many of my guests were out there. The Venue Chisca staff was SO amazing on our wedding day.
